An American rapper, musician, songwriter, actress, dancer and record producer, Aaron Charles Carter (born December 7, 1987). He first rose to fame in the late 1990s as a pop and hip hop rapper, establishing himself with his four studio albums as a sensation for both pre-teen and young fans during the first years of the 21st century. Carter, who was born in Tampa, Florida, started singing at the age of seven and released his self-titled debut album at the age of 9 in 1997, selling a million copies worldwide. His second album, Aaron's Party (Come Get It) (2000), sold three million units in the United States, and shortly after the release of the record, Carter began making guest appearances on Nickelodeon and performing with the Backstreet Boys.
