Amanda Joy Michalka is an American actress, voice artist, singer-songwriter, and musician; born on April 10, 1991. Before becoming an actor, she was a model, and is best known with her sister Aly Michalka as one-half of the duo Aly and AJ (formerly 78Violet). AJ recorded the movie secretariat's theme song and music video accompanying it, entitled "It's Who You Are."She also released a single and video of her 2013 film Grace Unplugged, entitled "Everything I've Ever Wanted." She had a good acting career, and for the first, second, and fifth season she had the recurring role of Lainey Lewis on the ABC comedy The Goldbergs, and she was elevated to a regular role on the third and fourth seasons respectively.
