Alexander Max Band (born June 8, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, record producer and actress, better known for his work under the band name The Calling and their hit song "Wherever You Should Go," which dominated the Adult Top 40 for 23 weeks and won number one spot on the "top 10 songs of the last decade" of Billboard magazine. They gained success with the release of two studio albums along with friend and fellow songwriter Aaron Kamin, lead guitarist at The Calling; Camino Palmero (2001) and Two (2004). With singles "Adrienne," "Our Lives," and "Things Will Go My Way," they also achieved number one hits worldwide.
