Alexa Demie (born on 11 December 1994) is a musician, songwriter and actress, known for her roles in features such as Brigsby Bear (2017), Mid90s (2018) and Waves (2019). She had recurring roles as Shairee in Ray Donovan (2013), Marina in Love (2016) before landing in the 2019 series Euphoria (2019) her starring role as Maddy Perez. Aged twelve, Demie began composing songs and poems from Los Angeles, California. She launched her acting career in a short film driving adventure, Miles (2015), as early as 2015. In 2017 she released her first music single, titled "Girl Like Me."
