She is known for her role as Carmen Cortez in the film series Spy Kids and in the film Repo, Shilo Wallace! The Opéra Génétique (2008). In 2009, she appeared in the ABC Family sitcom Ruby & The Rockits as the title character Ruby Gallagher.
