Allison Paige (born May 27, 1982) is an American country music singer. Paige was born in Refugio, Texas,[1 ] and started performing with Whiskey River in Texas clubs at the age of 11.[2 ] She later joined the dancehall band Rhythm of the Road.[2 ]Her first single, a cover of "The End of the World" by Skeeter Davis, was released by Capitol Records Nashville and peaked in the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in May 2000 at number 72.
