How tall is Ani DiFranco?
Angela Marie "Ani" DiFranco is an American singer / songwriter (born 1970). She produced over 20 records. DiFranco's music has been identified as folk rock and progressive rock, though it has added industrial, disco, hip hop, and jazz influences. She's launched all of her albums on her own record label, Righteous Babe, giving her tremendous independence to make. DiFranco promotes various social and political causes by hosting benefit shows, featuring on cds and participating at rallies. DiFranco has sponsored local cultural and political groups through the Holy Babe Foundation promoting issues like reproductive rights and representation of LGBTs. Among her mentors she has American folk singer and songwriter Pete Seeger.
