Anne Josephine Robinson (born 26 September 1944) is an English TV presenter and writer, known for her acerbic presentation style. From 1993 to 2001, and from 2009 to 2015, she was one of the presenters on the long-running British series Watchdog.She achieved her highest profile as the host of the BBC game show The Weakest Link from 2000 to 2012,[2 ] which won her the nickname ' Queen of Mean.'[3 ] In November 2017, Robinson took up her role as moderator of The Weakest Link for a celebrity version in support of Children in Need.
