Antwon Tanner (born April 14, 1975) is a US actor. He is known best as Michael on the UPN sitcom Moesha (1996–97) and his spinoff The Parkers (2001) and as Taylor's Reaction "Skills" on the play series One Tree Hill.On the CW show One Tree Hill, Tanner is best known for his role as Anson "Skills" Taylor. Tanner played a supporting role in Coach Carter's 2005 movie, where he acted alongside Samuel L. Jackson and starred in TV series including NYPD Blue, 413 Hope St., Dad, Dad, Moesha, The Parkers, and CSI.
