Beatrice Edney (born 23 October 1962) is an actress on English television. She is the daughter of the actress Sylvia Syms, raised in London, her uncle is Benjamin Edney, and her nephew, singer Nick Webb. Edney first came to the attention of viewers in the 1986 film Highlander as Heather MacLeod, the first chapter in the Highlander series. For 2000 film Highlander: Endgame, she returned to the role again In 1987 Edney played the title role with Peter O'Toole in the television production of The Dark Angel. In 1990, she starred alongside Pierce Brosnan and Edward Woodward in the Bruce Beresford film Mister Johnson.
