Sir Ben Kingsley (born in Krishna Pandit Bhanji; 31 December 1943) is an English actor with 50-year career. He has received several honors and nominations including a Juno Award, two Golden Globe Honors, a Screen Actors Guild Award, a BAFTA Award, and a four-time Academy Award.Kingsley is best known for his lead role as Mohandas Gandhi in the 1982 film Gandhi, for which he later received the 55th Academy Award for Best Actor. He has also starred in the Schindler's List (1993), Twelfth Night (1996), Beautiful Beast (2000), House of Sand and Fog (2003), Lucky Number Slevin (2006), Shutter Island (2010), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (2010), Hugo (2010).He also talked Snatcher in The Boxtrolls (2014) and Bagherra in Disney's The Jungle Book's Live Action Adaptation (2016).
