Bert Kramer (10 October 1934-20 June 2001) was an American actor, born in San Diego. He has starred in numerous Television series including Kojak, The Bionic Woman, The Rockford Files, Heroes, Dexter, Full House, and Matlock. He is probably better known for playing Alex Wheeler on the Texas soap opera, a role he performed between 1980 and 1981. He even played the same character for a brief time in 1980, on Texas' parent show Another Country.
