Brian Patrick Stepanek (born 6 February 1971) is an actor and voice actor in America. He is known for his appearance in the Disney Channel Original Series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody as Arwin Hawkhauser, and Brian on Brian O'Brian. He was also a Sector Seven Agent in Transformers, a 2007 Michael Bay film, and also played a supporting role in The Island. Stepanek is also known as Roger's voice in Father of the Pride and played Tom Harper from 2014 to 2018 on Nickelodeon 's show Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn. He is now playing Lynn Loud Sr. on the animation show The Loud House on Nickelodeon.
