Bridget Jane Fonda was born to Susan Brewer and the actor Peter Fonda in Los Angeles, California. She is Henry Fonda's grand-daughter and Jane Fonda's granddaughter, both prominent actors. In Easy Rider (1969), Bridget made her film debut at the age of five, but first became involved in acting after performing in a "Harvey" high school movie.She continued to refine her skills in studio plays, and collaborated on stage projects such as "So Horrible," written by Nicolas Kazan, who later casted Bridget on HBO in his directorial debut, "Technical Guy," an episode for The Edge (1989).
