Vladislav Balovatsky (born 23 November 1994) is a German rapper of Ukrainian and Russian descent, professionally known as Capital Bra and informally as Capital, Capi, and Joker Bra. Born in a small town in Siberia, Russia and raised in Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk, he and his mother moved in the early 2000's to Berlin , Germany.He started raping at the age of eleven and competed in a German battle rap competition, Rap am Mittwoch, in 2014. In January 2016, intending to pursue a solo career as a rapper, Capital Bra released its first studio album, Kuku Bra, to minor commercial success in Germany. The Makarov Complex and Blyat follow-ups were released in February and September 2017 and ranked in the Top 5 in German-speaking Europe
