Thomas DeCarlo Callaway (born May 30, 1975), professionally known as CeeLo Green, is an American rapper, musician, composer, record producer and actor. Green is known for his soul music work, including "Crazy" and "Fuck You" hit songs. Placed in Atlanta, Georgia, Green first became known as a member of the Goodie Mob Southern hip hop community.He later began a solo career with Arista Records releasing two albums: Cee-Lo Green and His Great Imperfections (2002) and Cee-Lo Green ... Is the Tool for the Soul (2004).The next project for Green has been Gnarls Barkley, a collaboration with DJ Danger Mouse. The pair achieved a worldwide hit with "Mad" in 2006, which entered the top five in twenty countries, including the United States and UK. Green has recorded two albums with Gnarls Barkley: the platinum-selling St. Elsewhere in 2006 and the The Odd Couple in 2008.
