Lenard Larry McKelvey (born 29 June 1978), professionally known as Charlamagne tha God, is an American radio host, star on television, and journalist. He is a co-host of The Breakfast Club, a nationally syndicated radio program with DJ Envy and Angela Yee, and stars in Man Code, Man Court and Girl Code. He was also a VJ with DJ Envy and Sofi Green on The Week in Jams. Charlamagne started hosting the MTV2 series Uncommon Sense in 2015. He'd previously been on VH1 with Wendy Williams on The Wendy Williams Experience. Another of Charlamagne's personal mantras, in the shock-jock style, is "break my tongue for nothing."
