How tall is Chris Carter?
Christopher Carl Carter (born 13 October 1956) is an American author, director, and writer of television and films. Raised in Bellflower, California, Carter graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Journalism, before spending 13 years writing for Surfing Magazine. Carter soared to fame in the early 1990s after producing the science fiction-supernatural tv show The X-Files for the Fox network, after starting his tv career working on television films for Walt Disney Studios. Carter had his own tv production company, Ten Thirteen Shows, of which he went on to produce three more projects for the network—Millennium, a doomsday-themed show that met with critical support and poor audience numbers; Rough World, cancelled after three episodes had aired; and The Lone Gunmen, a spin-off of The X-Files that lasted only a single season.
