Sir Curtly Elconn Lynwall Ambrose, KCN is a retired Antigua cricketer who played 98 West Indian Test matches.Ambrose, born in Swetes, Antigua, came to cricket at a comparatively late age, preferring basketball in his youth but soon making an impact as a fast bowler. Progressing through regional and national teams in 1988, he was first picked for the West Indies. He was successful almost immediately, and stayed in the team until he retired in 2000.
