Located in Long Island, New York, David has Peggy, a younger sister and Helen, a talented actress, who are also an older sister. David was 4 years old and moved to Chicago, Evanston, Northbrook and Aurora, and then to Naperville, where the population was nothing more than 27,000 residents in a rural suburban town. The family moved to Illinois. All his years he went to public school and kicked with his youth's boys, many of whom he keeps up to date. It was a working summer every summer from the age of 12, save for the college which lasted just five weeks before he got kicked out.
