How tall was David Janssen?

David Janssen was born to Berniece Mae (Graf), and Harold Edward Meyer, a businessman, in 1931 in Naponee, Nebraska. He was of French origin, with some origin from Swiss-Italian with Scottish-Irish. David adopted his stepfather's surname, Eugene Janssen. Once he was a teenager, the Janssen family settled in Hollywood, where he attended Fairfax High School where he gained an passion in acting.His film debut was a bit part of It's a Pleasure (1945), and a contract with 20th Century-Fox was signed at the age of 18. Nevertheless, he was dumped by the studio after he became reportedly disenchanted by his unusual hairline and wide prominent ears.
