How tall is Denise Gough?
Denise was born in 1980 to a father who was an electrician-later a fishery expert-and a mother who "was pregnant for nine and a half years" since Denise is the seventh of twelve children; her younger sister Kelly, born in 1987, is also an actress. She did not have theater dreams at school, leaving at the age of fifteen and moving to London one year later "to pursue a child." After several years of menial jobs she took an acting class on Saturday and won a position at the Academy of Live and Filmed Arts of Wandsworth-borrowing the audition fee-and graduating in 2003. She made her tv debut in ' Casualty ' in 2004 and has since starred from ' New Tricks ' to ' Stella ' in other populist shows. She has also gained further interest as a stage performer, being nominated for her parts in ' Our New Woman ' and ' Desire Under the Elms ' by the Evening Standard Awards in 2012 and winning universal plaudits in 2015 as the former heroin addict in ' PEople, Places and Things ' at the National Theatre.
