Dylan Baker was born in Syracuse, New York, USA, on 7 October 1959. He is an actor and director, known for Joy (1998), Innovative Path (2008) and Trick'r Treat (2008). Since 1987 he is married to Becky Ann Baker. They have one kid. He stars in a non-speaking capacity as a police officer narrated by Edward James Olmos in a United States Postal Service training video titled "Was it Worth It?." It was made in the 1980s somewhere and is still being displayed today to new USPS employees. Attended William and Mary's College in Williamsburg, Virginia. He was nominated as Best Actor (Featured Part-Play) for Broadway's 1991 Tony Award for "La Bête."
