Edward Hugh McGinnis (25 June 1941-2 April 2020) was a British comedian, best known by the stage name Eddie Broad. He was best known for being one half of the Little and Big double act, with Syd Little (Cyril Mead's stage name).Large was born in 1941 in Glasgow, to Edward Hugh McGinnis. Through World War II his father Teddy served as a Petty Officer in the Royal Navy and the parents relocated to a brownstone in Oatlands after he came back from the war.
