Elizabeth Carling was born in Middlesbrough, England, on 20 October 1967. Popular for Casualty (1986), Goodnight Sweetheart (1993), and The Damned United (2009), she is an actress. Trained at Archibald First, Comprehensive Oaklands, and Technical College Billingham. Originally intended to be a singer, but she heard about drama at Billingham Tech and realized that she would rather be acting than singing. As of February 2010, she starred in I Ought to Be in Pictures theater production. She has narrated Bear Grylls ' second series in 2016: Mission Survive on ITV. Also on 7 September 2016 Carling appeared on "Our Girl" on the BBC1.
