Ella-Rae Smith (born 21 February 1998) is a model and an English actress. She started modeling in 2014 and gained fame for her portrayal of Phoebe in Clique and Nix in the Into the Badlands series of AMC martial arts drama[Smith was scoured to become a model after a school trip to Paris at the age of 13 and signed her first contract in 2014Smith's first television appearance was in Marley's Ghosts, where she played Mia's part for two episodes, and her film debut was that premier in Butterfly Kisses in 2017.[4] She also started in the TV series, Clique as Phoebe. In the past two years she has begun over several short films.[5] In 2017 she was cast to play the part of Nix in Into the Badlands.
