Emilia McCarthy (born 28 August 1997) is an actress, artist, and writer from Canada. In the Netflix television series Hemlock Grove, she played one of Sheriff Sworn's twin daughters, Alyssa Sworn. In Disney Channel Original Movie Zapped McCarthy also played Taylor Dean. She imagined Lacey's appearance in the Disney Channel Original Movie Zombies in 2018.She began playing Kayla on the series Maps to the Stars in July 2013. The film premiered at various festivals on 14 April 2014 and received positive reviews. McCarthy plays Abby Ackerman's part on Max & Shred, their first lead role in a TV series. It's produced by YTV, and airs on Nickelodeon as well.
