Memphis Eve Sunshine Day Hewson is an Irish actress who is best known as Eve Hewson. Her first major role was in The Must Be the Place (2011), a drama film. She also portrayed Nurse Lucy Elkins in the television show The Knick (2014-2015) by Steven Soderbergh.Based in Ireland, Hewson was the second daughter of feminist Ali Hewson (née Alison Stewart) and lead singer Bono (Paul David Hewson) of the U2. She was named because she was born on 7 July at 7 am, as "eve" is the middle of the word "seven." She has an older sister and two younger brothers, Jordan, Elijah and John.
