Gary Barlow OBE (born 20 January 1971) is an English musician, songwriter, pianist, producer of music, actor and creator of film score. He is best known as British rock group lead singer Take That. Barlow is one of the most successful songwriters in Britain, having produced fourteen number one songs and twenty-four top ten hits. He had three number-one songs as a lead artist, six top-ten songs and two number-one albums, and had seventeen top-five hits, twelve number-one singles, and eight number-one albums with Take That in turn. Barlow is also a former judge for 2011, 2012 and 2013 on The X Factor UK and in 2017 on Let It Shine. Barlow won six Ivor Novello Awards from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers, and Authors plus the British Music Award for Exceptional Services. He sold more than 50 million albums worldwide.
