Heather Paige Dubrow (born 5 January 1969) is an American actress and a star on film. In the television show That's Life in 2000, she played Lydia DeLucca and appeared from 2012 to 2016 on the reality television show The Real Housewives of Orange County. Raised in the Bronx Dubrow grew up in Chappaqua, New York. She is an descendant of the American fifth generation of Jews (from Germany, Hungary, and Poland). She received a BFA from Syracuse University in 1990. She appeared as Lydia DeLucca in the CBS tv series That's Life from 2000 to 2002.
