How tall was Herve Villechaize?
Hervé Villechaize was born on 23 April 1943 in Paris. He started rising quite early and, visiting many physicians and hospitals, his father (who was a surgeon) sought to find a cure. Yet there was none, and Hervé had to deal with his tiny height and undersized lungs too. He graduated at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, and made an exhibition of his own well-received paintings. He left France at the age of 21 for the USA where he started drawing and creating photos. He soon began to act in several films and was immediately given numerous parts for plays and then for the cinema.
