She has two sisters and a brother, and her older sister is Suki Waterhouse who also works as an actress and model. Waterhouse signed with Next Model Management in 2014 which is still managing her sister Suki. Waterhouse has starred in guest roles in numerous TV shows since 2015 and has two supporting roles in the 2016 Nocturnal Animals thriller and the 2017 film The Last Picture. She took a starring role in 2018 in the horror film Braid as well as in the fantasy series The Outpost, in which she plays Princess Rosmund as the last surviving member of a royal family that has been removed from power and killed.
