Klugman was the epitome of everyman as a film-character star. He was one of the tv icons acting in the 1950s, and is best known as Oscar Madison on The Odd Couple (1970) and as the medical examiner on Quincy M.E for his 1970s tv career. (1976).Appears in the original movie, 12 Angry Men (1957), re-filmed with Jack Lemmon. Klugman also appeared in The Odd Couple (1970), a tv series based on the movie The Odd Couple (1968), in which Lemmon co-starred as Felix Unger. He performed "12 Angry Men" in another role in April 2012 at George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick, NJ. He served on the board of trustees of National Actor's Theatre in New York. Lived with Barbara Neugass in 1978 until 1992. 1 December 1999: A Los Angeles jury denied her claim of $881,000 in palimony. She says Jack has promised protection for her future. They ended their relationship in 1992.
