How tall was Jack Lemmon?

Jack Lemmon was born to Mildred Lankford Noel and John Uhler Lemmon, Jr., President of a doughnut company in Newton, Massachusetts. His ancestry included English and Irish (from his paternal grandmother). Jack attended Ward Elementary next to his house in Newton, MA. He was sent to Rivers Country Day School at the age of 9, and then settled in nearby Brookline. After RCDS he went to Phillips Andover Academy .Jack was a member of the 1947 Harvard class, where he was in the Dramatic Club and Navy ROTC. He served in a beer hall (playing piano), on radio, off Broadway, cable and Broadway, after working as a Navy ensign. His film debut in It Should Happen To You (1954) was with Judy Holliday.
