Eric Marlon Bishop (conceived December 13, 1967), referred to expertly as Jamie Foxx, is an American on-screen character, artist, entertainer, moderator, and maker. Foxx turned out to be broadly known for his depiction of Ray Charles in the 2004 historical film Ray, for which he won the Academy Award, BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild Award, Critics' Choice Movie Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. That equivalent year, he was named for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his job in the wrongdoing film Collateral. Since spring 2017, Foxx has filled in as the host and official maker of the Fox game show Beat Shazam.
