Jane Badler was born on the last day of 1953 in Brooklyn, New York. The American and Australian actress better known for her appearance as the wicked reptilian alien queen "Diana" in the NBC mini-series V (1983), her sequel V: The Final Battle (1984), the subsequent TV show V (1984), and the last season of the present series V (2009). She lived in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she attended Central High School for her teen years. Jane won the Miss New Hampshire title and competed at the Miss America Pageant in 1972, before going on to study drama at Evanston, Illinois, Northwestern University.
