Jennifer Lynn Connelly, is an American actress who began her career as a child model. She showed up in magazine, paper and TV publicizing, before she made her film acting presentation in the wrongdoing film Once Upon a Time in America (1984). Connelly kept demonstrating and acting, featuring in various movies, including the blood and gore movie Phenomena (1985), the melodic dream film Labyrinth (1986), the rom-com Career Opportunities , and the period hero film The Rocketeer . She increased basic approval for her work in the sci-fi film Dark City and for playing a medication junkie in Darren Aronofsky's show Requiem for a Dream .In 2002, Connelly won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for depicting Alicia Nash in Ron Howard's biopic A Beautiful Mind.
