Joe Torry, born as Joseph Pierre Torry, was born on September 28, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a poetic justice (1993), hood stories (1995) and NCIS (2004). He's an artist and writer. Since 2001 he has dated Crystal Torry. They've got three kids. Torry was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, along with his brother Guy Torry, actor and comedian. He studied Mass Media / Broadcast Journalism at Lincoln University in Jefferson, Missouri. Torry promised Omega Psi Phi brotherhood while attending school. In 2001, he received a Human Letters Honorary Doctorate in 2001 with both the President's Lifetime Achievement Award and in 2002. In 2001, he was also admitted to the Hall of Fame at the National Black College. Torry has an older son from an earlier relationship, K Cameron Torry. It was Chrystal Benson's engagement, and they have one son together: Joseph II.
