How tall was Joel McCrea?

One of America's great Western leaders, and also a very popular leader in non-Western countries. He was born and raised in Hollywood's surroundings, and as a child became involved in the films being made all around him. He studied acting at Pomona University, and at the Pasadena Community Playhouse he had some stage experience. Since graduating from Southern California University in 1928, he worked as an extra, and did some stunt work. McCrea has been given a place in The Jazz Era in a rare case of an extra being picked from the audience to play a major role. This followed a deal with MGM, and then a new contract with RKO.
