Kathy Kinney (born 3 November 1954 at Stevens Point, Wisconsin) is an American comedian and actress. In the late 1990s, she gained tremendous notoriety for portraying Mimi Bobeck, Drew Carey's outrageously make up, flamboyantly lewd, and vindictive nemesis on the sitcom The Drew Carey Show. For years, she had been engaged in television, feature film, and stage work.
