Kian John Francis Egan (born April 29, 1980) is an Irish guitarist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter who is best known as a member of the Westlife International Singing Group. Since then, Westlife has released twelve albums, gone on thirteen world tours and received numerous honors, making it one of the most influential musical groups ever. He was part of a punk band called Skrod in his early professional years, and can play more than five musical instruments including guitar, piano, and drums. He is an 8th grade pianist and has been taught piano in the UK by his brother Gavin Egan, a university music graduate and full time music teacher.
