How tall was Leo McKern?

Leo McKern was an Australian though he spoke very British. He had suffered an injury by the time he was 15 years old that left him missing his left eye. It was replaced by a glass eye-one might speculate for the best, as far as making McKern a singularly focused one-day performer (no pun intended; his face had that very concentrated look).He failed to complete Sydney Technical High School, but his passion in engineering prompted him to take up the role of an apprentice in engineering (1935 to 1937). With a two year stint (1937-1940) in a commercial art class, he extended his horizons in a different direction.
