Lesli Margherita is an actor in American musical theatre, voice, film and TV. She graduated at UCLA and was selected to be a star in MGM's TV series Fame L.A. shortly after. Kenny Ortega leads. She has appeared and recurred on several TV shows and pilots including Major Crimes, The Suite Life on Top, Charmed, NYPD Blue, The City, JAG, and Steven Spielberg's On The Lot, among others.Often noted for her stage work, she plays the musical in London's West End in Inez in Zorro, for which she received an Olivier Award. She has been playing Mrs. Wormwood in Matilda the Musical on Broadway for over 2 years; followed by a shorter run as the diva, Mona Kent in Dames at Sea, which ran for about a year.
