Logan was raised in Charleston, South Carolina. His parents are both teachers in acting. His mother, Lowry Marshall, is the artistic director of repertory theater department at Brown University. Logan graduated from the Advanced Acting Program at the Tisch School of the Arts, New York City, with a Master's in Fine Arts.He made several appearances in Law and Order before appearing on The O.C. of recurring functions.
