How tall was Mark Farmer?

Mark Farmer was an English actor and musician (22 May 1962-26 April 2016). He was perhaps best remembered in the first three series of the iconic children's television show Grange Hill, in which he appeared from 1978 to 1981 for his childhood appearance as Gary Hargreaves. Farmer had a number of earlier youth roles and also starred in numerous shows as a adolescent and young adult, including the lead role in Johnny Jarvis '1983 BBC drama and Justin James' role in Minder's comedy-drama show from 1984 to 1989.
