Megan Fox was born on 16 May 1986 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to Gloria Darlene Tonachio (married: Gloria Darlene Cisson), a real estate broker & Franklin Thomas Fox, a parole officer; she was raised during her early childhood in Rockwood, Tennessee.She began her drama & dance lessons at age 5 and moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida at age 10 where she continued her preparation & finished school. Since winning multiple awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Megan started acting and modelling at age 13. By age 17 she used email to study out of school and subsequently moved to Los Angeles, California. Megan made her acting debut in the acting Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen, Holiday in the Sun (2001), as Brianna Wallace.
