Melissa Stark (born 11 November 1973) is an American TV personality and sportscaster best known for her three-year Monday Night Football stint as a sideline reporter. A reporter for the NFL Network now, she had previously worked for NBC, mainly for its MSNBC affiliate. She was also NBC's The Today Show interviewer.She anchored MSNBC's coverage of the Beijing Olympics in the summer of 2008. She was a reporter for ESPN prior to NBC. Stark holds a University of Virginia degree in International Relations and Spanish. She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sororority while in college. She started her career as a news intern at the assignment desk at WMAR-TV in Baltimore, in 1991.
