How tall was Michael Elphick?
Michael Elphick was a great actor who was also very famous. He will be best known in the hit show Boon (1986), for his appearance as Ken Boon. Tragically he died in the early age of 55. For several years he has been in poor health, caused by a long-running struggle with alcohol, compounded by his partner's early death for many years.His career was no one-hit wonder best known for 'Boon.' Elphick had been working on television for the past 33 years, and his other excellent roles included Dennis Potter's Play for Today: Blue Recalled Hills (1979) as the tyrant, Peter; The Experience (1979), when he played a fancy London cab driver forced almost to desperation by the sadistic inspector (played by Nigel Hawthorne);Private Schulz (1981), Auf Wiedersehen, Pet (1983) and Three Up Two Down (1985).
