Michael James Gladis is an American actor (born August 30, 1977). In the tv series Mad Men he played Paul Kinsey; he showed up in the first three seasons of the series, and as a guest star in the fifth season of the show.Gladis was originally raised in Houston , Texas. He was brought up in Farmington, Connecticut, the son of an executive in sales and marketing, and a State teacher. He finished his Farmington High School degree in 1995.
