How tall was Michael Gothard?

Ken Russell's The Angels (1971) and as the villain in For Your Eyes Only (1981) are best known in Britain for the tv drama Arthur of the Britons (1972). His entry into movies came with Herostratus (1967) by Don Levy. Michael was single at the time of his suicide in 1992, living in Hampstead, England and seeking therapy for depression. Michael Gothard was born on 24 June 1939, in London. With no idea of what he wanted to do he quit school at 17. He worked across Europe as a house cleaner and construction worker, cleaning dishes in restaurants. He'd spent a year working in the Latin Quarter of Paris. He dabbled in modeling, but he'd never been confident.
